It'll be interesting watching hiring unfold this year. Will PSA or Mesa ect be able to attract new hires now that SKW and hopefully others raise the bar for pay/bennies? Time will tell....
The Pinnacle contract that was demolished in BK was still better than what SkyWest just gave you. I would hardly call the 1% in your new contract "raising the bar," rather, you just put a bandaid on the bar that is rapidly disintegrating. Still though, good job and congrats.
