I just finished a 3 day and most guys aren't wearing a hat by about a 4 to 1 margin. Even in EWR I didn't see many guys out there with hats. When we did it was usually an older Captain (probably a scab).
Coincides with my observations as well. I don't often get to EWR, but when I do, I'm the most interesting man in the..., oh....and I don't wear a hat!
