Its embarrassing when your airline will pay 1st year pilots $6000 to stay one year but won't fix any of the contract language, benefits, retirement etc.
Why on earth are pilot still applying here. Rants over. Apathy wins.

You know why they did it.
If they didn't you would talk about how the left out the 1st year guys.
I know the company can do nothing right in your eyes, but this is at least a small step to fix the first year issue.
People apply because it's still way better than a regional.
