Poor assumption on your part. I have flown A LOT in the north. I would be an idiot to try flying up north in -10 degree weather with just a blazer on. That's what overcoats are for. I find a long wool or well lined overcoat to be warmer than a leather jacket.
I like leather jackets. Wear one often, just not when it's time to look like an airline pilot.
I do respect your opinion, everyone has their own ideas on what's fashionable but my vote would be to ditch the leather jackets, I think they are a joke. We ain't dusting crops here!
