I would suggest some books and maybe a few college classes before you return with another argument regarding 1113C.
I'm sorry that you can't understand the 1113C process that happened at pinnacle. The judge told the company what modifications to make and that he would approve it. Luckily, the union was able to negotiate a better deal, not lowering the bar even lower for other airlines. Please educate yourself before making comments.
