Recs are done on line on one of our company websites. You can put a negative rec in for someone but there are about 15 essay questions you have to fill out in detail. IMO, I can't see anyone doing all the questions just to try to blackball someone but I could be wrong I guess. There is no list of interviewees where people could put bad comments or anything like that.

No clue about when the computer will spit out more names.

Who will get the on line assessment is anyone's guess. I have no clue.
