Cape Air is a good company and we fly to a lot of the same destinations, however you are building 402 time. The 402 is a good airframe, however when you begin filling out resumes to move up (if you care to) you will not have the turbine time to compete. Not trying to prove one over the other, just a thought.

That's true, plus a type rating on your certificate, and a crew, not single pilot.
Oh, no really? I took out two last month, and had no issues, other than reporting it, and needing a clean up. EIS can be a nightmare sometimes when it comes to birds!
