The good news is, nearly every year that ends with a 5 the economy is usually on an upswing. 2015 is only a year away so unless another swan shows up we could keep hiring for awhile, not just for retirements but for the new 717's, A320's and 737's. (I don't dare say Growth out loud!)

And if you see a black swan crossing the road...hit it!
