I don't doubt that we'll lose the CRJs but I haven't seen anything in writing about it. Maybe I just missed it.
as to the 13 hour thing, I believe that any extension past 13 hours must be accepted by the crew AND the company. There is also paperwork to be done justifying the extension. The rest rules are convoluted so I may have misinterpreted that, but thats how I understand it.
It's not a fatigue call.
