The current west list and the current east list. Does USAPA have the power to present a date of hire list? Yes, but it would be foolish IMO. Nobody could successfully claim DFR by submitting lists that they are currently living with. East pilots would have the victory of never having the Nic implemented, but not the huge windfall of a date of hire list. West pilots would have the victory of not having date of hire jammed down their throats, but not the huge windfall of the unimplemented Nicolau award.
It will be an unwise overreach if USAPA tries to submit anything other than the two separate current lists. It will be an unwise waste of money if west pilots continue to sue for implementation of their unimplemented windfall.

Agree. I've always predicted that a THREE way SLI integration would take place. 3 separate listS. It would seem an over reach, on USAPAs part, if a combined east/west DOH list is presented. This would most likely provide some immunity from a DFR 3 suit down the road. With that being said, we can all move forward and prepare for what will most likely be a difficult journey for OUR three groups. Unless the east/west group can form a unified front, the APA will exploit OUR weakness and benefit from our division. The Co. will undoubtedly take advantage of this. Enough damage has been done. Lets move this thing forward and secure a FAIR and EQUITABLE SLI for the New AA pilots.
