Agree. I've always predicted that a THREE way SLI integration would take place. 3 separate listS. It would seem an over reach, on USAPAs part, if a combined east/west DOH list is presented. This would most likely provide some immunity from a DFR 3 suit down the road. With that being said, we can all move forward and prepare for what will most likely be a difficult journey for OUR three groups. Unless the east/west group can form a unified front, the APA will exploit OUR weakness and benefit from our division. The Co. will undoubtedly take advantage of this. Enough damage has been done. Lets move this thing forward and secure a FAIR and EQUITABLE SLI for the New AA pilots.
you want the west to take the furloughs and downgrades that happened AFTER we were a single company for 3 years? You east boys better wake up, this ruling is a "punt" it will be appealed and usapa and the company will be sued at every step, get used to it.
