Let me ask you a couple of questions, if you don't mind. I have a west friend that I'm not currently speaking to, or I'd ask him. He had this theory that if one guy was harmed by something other than the Nic, then it was a slam dunk DFR. I never agreed and Silver confirmed that was a mistaken thought in her ruling. Was that a widely held thought over there?
What would you consider "overstepping"?
