That's interesting that you threw in the safety card on this. There have been zero west tail strikes since the merger. There have been zero west aircraft damaged by hitting another aircraft or running off the taxiway trying to beat another aircraft to the gate (BDL). The preponderance of incidents and procedure violations have not been on the west. We have remained focused and professional. We did not have the CIRP people activated when Silver ruled, unlike your side after the Nicolau came out. So if you are throwing crap out there you need to clean up your own mess first.
You guys must hate it that we are united and focused. There still is nothing out there that replaces the Nicolau. Until that time comes we will defend the award, that is the stated goal of AOL, defending the Nicolau and ensuring that the west pilots are represented in court. We are not rolling over now. There is still a SLI to get through and no confidence that USAPA is capable of handling that. As someone here said, "those idiots can't even get an iPad LOA done, how do you expect them to do a seniority list?"
