Slice, Then the US side needs to shorten theirs as well. TO/LDg lists should be 4 items max for challenge /response. Anything extra should be done silently by PF or FO.
Technically, there is no TO checklist on the US side. Only a Taxi checklist that encompasses all the items needed to takeoff.
