So let me get this straight. By telling the company to protect minimum days off you can select to drop a trip you don't want in order to protect minimum days off and then go right back and make up a trip out of open time that you do want. It's like your telling them to drop trips because my time off is important oh but wait now I do want to work and I get first crack. Interesting.
