My experience has been good, brand new top of the line sims with quality instructors that want you to learn and succeed. I suggest sending an e-mail to the Houston 737 TC with your issues, they do want to create a top quality training experience from friends I know in the department. If it's still not up to your standards, no worries, you can always bid the bus.
