I just spoke with them this morning on this subject...... Looks like they are planning to start processing them around the middle of February. When I questioned the delay I was told that the 2013 per diem rates haven't been published yet.
I think the format of the flightline schedule is nice, but last time it took me til April to get it so this time I said no. I guess you can order the pro diem one for $59 on top of the flightline and still come out ahead and have your return in early February instead of after April 15th.
It's a two hands in a bush and time value of money thing.
