They give nice cockpit panel picture/posters...go to Office Depot and do a 130-150% enlargement and post them on the walls...and start chair-flying. Does wonders for flows...

Two other ideas...
1. Take pictures of slides that you feel are important, vs taking massive amounts of notes.
2. Make voice recordings of the flows, limitations, and memory items, etc...comes in handy during chair flying.
