It appears the majors are legally allowed to use laws to discriminate against regionals when a major buys a regional. Due to the McCaskill Bond amendment your mainline job will be protected but any major can buy a regional and throw out all the pilots if they wish. That has happened already. It may be legal but why is that not discriminatory in nature? Not bitter, just discrimination in any from is still discrimination legal or not.
