The only classroom training we have for recurrent is Recurrent Ground School. The company can require any open book test, CBT or home study in lieu of RGS. In lieu is like instead, not like in addition to. CBT in lieu of RGS is different than recurrent CBT. Are you saying that CBTs are home study and therefore required to be paid at 4:30? Its home study that gets the extra pay, not CBTs, which is addressed, pay wise, elsewhere.
