Go for the interview and find out for yourself. Don't listen to the handful of complainers on message boards. Go and check it out and ask the recruiters the tough questions.
Don't listen to the recruiters. They told me I'd upgrade in 3 years, almost 3 years later and I'm still on reserve. Every airline I've interviewed at the recruiters spill nothing but BS about how new planes are just around the corner and things will be better than ever. None of them have been right.
