I know this is somewhat of a joke, but is it really that easy to get hired these days if you get an interview? Does anyone have an average statistic of how many are getting hired after the interview?

There were 10 of us the day I went. 3 disappeared before the day was over, 2 of us got calls the same day (trying to fill 1/27 class) and I haven't heard that anyone else has received a call yet. It was just over a week ago though.
