It's probably not only the flow but those ridiculous 175s. Every airline that has them fills classes with every CFI in the country who wants to fly a "real" airliner.

Also, if their plan for hiring is to use the flow as a carrot we shouldn't be giving concessions to secure the flow. If they mean to keep Eagle operational they need pilots, whether they want us to remain operational is anyone's guess.
