Being that they are no longer conducting a phone interview first, is there a chance of not getting the call after passing the online test? Also my resume was submitted quite a while back, should I keep applying at this point or wait and see if they call and then update at that time?
Why would you not reapply? Showing continued interest will not be looked at in a bad way.... plus, if you don't make it, you've already got your name back in the hat
