Your absolutely correct... I'll have to suffer as an FO at a Legacy, where every year I'll gain seniority and within 5 years make NJA Captain pay doing (4) 3-day trips a month.... It's gonna suck
People looking for advice should ask the people who have done both types of flying (not regional flying). There are far too many guys who get their negative stereotypes, of other flying, off message boards and 1 or 2 disgruntled employees.
