I should not have been so specific but it pains me that we get painted as sub quality so often. I simply don't think that's an accurate assessment.
All education is good, but I think we are doing better. It isn't 100% necessary to be a post grad to be a good stick.

couldn't agree more. I'm not so sure that you need a 4 year degree to drive a truck with wings.
