None of these airlines hire on a permanent basis, its always an initial contract (i.e. 3 years) and after that they reserve the right to cut you loose. They've done that at Air India and SpiceJet already because they wanted all the Americans out. I wouldn't take this job thinking youd be there forever, but then again, the handful of 777 Captains out there who actually qualify for this position AND are seeking employment can write their ticket anywhere in the intl market.
FYI, just for grins I applied for this job (I don't have a 777 type but nearly identical cockpit as a 747-400), and got the TBNT
