Into a frozen pint mixing glass filled with ice:
Two ounces of gin which was stored in the freezer.
1/4 oz Dry Vermouth stored in the fridge.
1/4 oz pickled Jalapeno juice from a jar of pickled peppers.
Stir and strain into a frozen up glass.
Ideally the garnish is a thin slice of fresh jalapeno pepper. It's much brighter in color than the pickled variety. It looks much much better. Additionally, it has more kick.
