I'll give you the good and bad.

If you don't have to commute, then that's a lot less stress. The best health insurance I've had at any airline I've worked for.
Work rules are ok, RSV sucks. But I'm sure being on RSV anywhere else is not pleasant. Don't expect to sit around on RSV. Expect to fly. Schedules? Obviously the more senior you are, the better. You can play the system here to just about have a vacation every months (blocks of 10 straight days off) or pick up a trip during that time and earn some $$. The system here is fairly easy to work. As for fellow crew members? Very interesting group. We have some older pilots on their second and third careers. We have a former auto mechanic, math teacher, minor league baseball player and former prison guards and cops. This is my 5th airline and these, by far, are the most professional crews I've worked with. Every airline will have their share of pricks to fly with. The training dept? If you fail, then you don't belong here. It's very user friendly.
The bad?
Manager has no respect for the pilot group. They are always going into ground school and emphasizing there are no plans beyond 2015 and the pilots are too expensive. This show no respect for the pilots. I can go on and on but I don't think it's appropriate on a public forum.
Overall, compared to other regionals, it's not a bad place to be.
It's what you make of it.
