I had the book and then bought the app. I then sold the book to an acquaintance. I'm all about packing as lightly as I can! It (or the app), plus the ATP question bank (also available as an app for as little as $9.99 on the App Store - search for "ASA Prepware") and the ICAO North Atlantic Operations and Airspace Manual (available as a download here:
Documents ) should be a good starting point for preparation.
