Can anyone who has had the phone interview, or taken the online test recently tell me how much time passed between submitting an application and receiving an email for the online test? I submitted my app on Jan. 9th, expecting that, if I were selected for the phone interview, the phone call would come before the online test. Reading this forum, I learn that HR is now giving the online test before the phone interview. Just wondering, waiting, and prepping... BTW: excellent posts on prep for the test, interview(s), general process, etc. Thanks to all, even if I never get a call. (And, yes, I went back to the beginning of this thread.)
