It looks like 300 would result in almost no street hires getting a class until the flows stop. If that were in September and classes continued at say 30/month total (20 ots/10 endeavor)... It would take a very long time to get to 170 deep in the pool.

However, if this were remotely the forecast the current pace of interviews would not make much sense.
