I was told by my ATL Capt. Rep, if we vote Yes on C2012, the hiring will start in fall of 2012, and we'll never see the 3% raises, because we'll be back in contract negotiations for the next merger by March of 2013....

Don't forget about giving up 33% of your profit sharing for that 3% raise.
Sounds like there was a bet going between the guys being paid to push the TA in the crew room: Who can add the most BS to SD's line about hiring in the fall of '12 and get someone to believe it.
