And I'm one that can be convinced to give up some profit sharing for an increase in pay rates, but 3% & 3%?!!!!!!!!!!! What was the first offer? Oh, forgot, that WAS the first offer.
(I don't know whether to laugh or cry when I still see the two guys going around with a C2012 lanyard or bag tag.)
