Anything is possible, but this is unlikely. Too much trouble and not enough benefit for anyone to hang their hats on. Marine to AF interservice transfer, post retirement pilot, initial schools, etc. and you have to find a unit that's willing to do the paperwork. Now, drilling for oil in his own backyard...maybe.
