Unfortunately this isn't a guarantee. Final submissions to the NMB are due tomorrow. We will know soon thereafter if the NMB agrees with the Frontier pilots or if they agree with the IBT.

FAPA submitted the dispute to the NMB last month. I am sure the NMB will insist on an election even though over 90% of the Frontier pilots signed an Authorization Card for FAPA. The ballot will likely have FAPA, No Union, and a write-in section (if the NMB agrees that a representation dispute exists).
