Actually, I think your statement is false. I don't like what happened to the TWA pilots, but 1) there never was such a finding, and 2) the actual settlement numbers are way closer to "nothing happened" than the numbers you would expect in a finding of guilt.
In 2011, a jury found ALPA guilty of its DFR obligations. Not sure how else you can read this but I am sure ALPA can
