Probationary pay is the same. If newhires are getting the 767 guys senior to them can too. So bidding MIA 767 or any equipment is an option, every month, if it's not available in your newhire class drop. Guys have gotten second assignments before they even started their first training class - 'you've been awarded XXX in YYY. Your original training date for the ABC has been cancelled. We will notify you of your new training dates for the XXX in a couple of days.'
