Pie in the sky unless Moak is using PAC money to affect that change in DC. NO WAY any pilot group is going to expend negotiating capitol (nor should they) to contractually mandate that the parent "airline brands take more responsibility for their carriers." What does even mean?
If it's going to happen, it's an executive task, and Moak needs to look himself in the mirror and then go do his job as the figurehead of ALPA.
