Alpa has been working for the major pilots for some time and just expecting regional pilots to fall in line. Too much stagnation has forced people into long careers at the regionals. The largest regional in the country, a huge contributor to the war chest is telling you aren't representing us fairly. The "Screw the regional guys it's just a short term stop" plan is failing them. We are sick of our B scale wages and continued whipsaw.

It all falls on the pilots of eagle now. The XJT/ASA pilots have taken the lead for you. If you accept your agreement this the race to the bottom continues. If you don't, we draw a line in the sand. This crap will stop. I think there comes a time in a persons life where they have to look themselves in the eye, and say that the decision they are about to make is bigger then just themself. It's about the future of the profession and the pilots that will follow. Anyways, interpret it how you want.
