I forgot you said you can't go to Skywest. Reapply there when able they will be getting desperate for FO's as all regionals will. If not, I think Mesa is better simply because of the commute. XJT is no longer a company of preference to work for... I assume it is about the same as any other regional (though the Republic family may still have the worst contracts). My 2 pennies.
