Default PPL training

Hey guys,

Im currently working on my PPL and doing great and having a blast. Currently 19 with around 50TT hours. Just struggling on a few things on my studies. Really having a hard time understanding the gyro instruments, as far as the "Rigidity" and "precession" work. Just having a hard time picturing how everything works. Just curious if there are some techniques some pilots use during their studies to better help them gather a picture and fully understand how it works.
