Not enough of an issue, so I am using this thread. I filled out my FAA online 8500 and submitted. I forgot to list a Doctors visit that was for a minor procedure not related to anyting disqualifying. Yes, I listed at least 10 other visits and
forgot to list this doctors visit.
The FAA med express says I can't change this. Can I? What do I do?
