Also, could someone please give a little overview of the pay issue you are voting on? I am anticipating a class date soon and just want to be as informed as possible. Thanks!!!
I'll help you with SJS. Stands for Shiny Jet Syndrome.

Example: I want to fly jet despite poor work rules and crappy pay.
