I have had flights canceled on 7/9 trips and still get the BHO on those legs... It's in the policy manual that BHO are still covered for cancelations..... (Backed up by our payroll lady (who is awesome by the way) who does IAH) Or maybe mine has been falling thru the cracks all these years. Lol. But I agree, it can get a lil confusing when all "soft time" vs block hours flown is paid in BHO.
