That's correct. It stands for Block Hour Override. It's kind of a controversial topic at Skywest so you'll hear it talked about quite a bit. For every hour you actually fly the 700 or 900 you get a 6% or 8% override on your block time. If you're scheduled to fly a 900 but the flight cancels you only get 200 pay. If you're on a 700 or 900 trip and there's a deadhead in the middle of the trip you only get 200 pay for the deadhead.
BHO started as a "temporary revision" that has overstayed it's temporary welcome. Much like ready reserve.
BHO was not a temp revesion. It was voted in by the majority in a pay package in 2005-06 timeframe.
