The old Blackwater is gone and has been for some time.
Did Erik Price, who this article says retained the rights to the name Blackwater, start up a new company?

Academi is a privately owned security services provider founded in 1997 by Erik Prince.[2][3] Formerly known as Blackwater,[4] the company was renamed "Xe Services" in 2009, and "Academi" in 2011.[5] The company was purchased in late 2010 by a group of private investors who changed the name to Academi and instituted a Board of Directors and new Senior Management. Erik Prince retained the rights to the name Blackwater and has no affiliation with Academi.

I know the 'airline' for the old Blackwater wa called 'Presidential Airways.'

Its parent company, Aviation Worldwide Services, Inc. is owned by AAR Corp. AAR Corp purchased the company from Blackwater USA (currently named Academi) in April 2010.
The Melbourne, Florida office has now shut down and the company's operations are run from Moyock, North Carolina from Xe Corporation's (currently named Academi) "U.S. Training Center".
I had heard that the crash of Blackwater 61 pretty much spelled an end to the charter operation, though Blackwater itself seemed to be struggling on a larger scale during this time.
