You do seem a bit worried and I can relate. I had a really difficult time with my back for a while. Surgeries fixed it, but now comes the FAA medical. I got al lmy documentation and will report it to the FAA when I get my medical. Reporting is better than denying since denying would likely have more dire consequences.
Get this entire episode behind you and move on.
