Hey guys, hate to be the bearer of bad news but I just learned from a very reliable source (HR lady who used to work in SWA People Dept) that they've changed up the process for the January round of interviews. ALL candidates are now having their references called prior to the DB vice only the top scoring, sue fire candidates. Translation, don't put too much stock into the fact that your references were called as it relates to your chances of getting hired. This new process is to arm the CPs at the DB with as much info as possible to make the most informed decisions.
What about the background checks? Got my completed background check paperwork yesterday via mail. Are they doing that as well? Thanks for the info.
