Eagle.. Your guaranteed to get a NYC base if you want it. Hardly anyone does, that's why it is always so junior and always will be. I can't get away from the damn expensive place. Can't even afford to live here on CA pay. Have no idea how an FO can survive in this city without cramming into a dump with 10 other people.

I'd say your pretty lucky actually wanting to be based in NYC. It is pretty much everyone's junior base that has one there so its extremely easy to get. For Regionals, LCC, and majors. Few Pilots can actually afford to live well there so it is, and always will be super junior.

Pretty much every regional is a gamble, or high risk and unpredictable. One day on top, the next the bottom. It's just the way it is. Pick one and hope it works out.
